Recycled glam features over 400 handmade beads created by melting recycled glass in a microwave kiln. The bodice features ring like glass beads created from melted glass bottle necks wrapped in recycled copper phone wire. The recycled copper wire is repeated around the pleated skirt.
The garment focuses on using recycled materials to create luxurious and glamorous embellishments. The garment uses innovative materials through the use of table protector to create a full and stiff pleated skirt.
